Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Relationship Manager.
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client communication, building and nurturing strong relationships, and understanding clients’ visions for their dream weddings. The role involves overseeing event requirements, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, ensuring a seamless planning experience, and driving overall customer satisfaction and engagement throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client communication and relationship building
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth execution
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the wedding journey
- Drive engagement and provide continuous support to clients
- Handle client expectations and resolve any challenges proactively
Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to negotiate and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Customer-centric approach with strong client engagement skills
- Prior experience in event management, hospitality, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field (preferred)
