Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing their inquiries, and providing personalized guidance throughout the property search and purchasing process. Key responsibilities include proactively engaging with potential buyers, liaising with certified builders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will also involve maintaining long-term client relationships and contributing to business growth by providing excellent service and insights into market trends.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of the real estate market and property buying process
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in real estate or client relationship management is an advantage
