🚀 We’re Hiring | Relationship Manager (Real Estate Sales)

Are you passionate about real estate sales and enjoy interacting with customers? We’re looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Relationship Managers to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential projects.
* Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
* Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective customers.
* Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
* Guide customers throughout the sales journey, from inquiry to booking.
* Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM.
* Achieve monthly site visit and sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
* 1–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Presales, or Customer Relationship Management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
* Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
* Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
