Job Title: Relationship Manager
Location: Kolkata - WB
Industry: BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance)
Experience Required: 2+ Years in BFSI Sector
CTC: 4.25 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefit
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable banking, insurance, investment, or financial products.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets assigned by the organization.
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, and market activities.
- Cross-sell and upsell financial products to existing customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and resolve queries promptly.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a proven sales track record.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in retail banking, insurance sales, wealth management, or financial advisory.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
