Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Relationship Manager based in Ludhiana. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and meeting client needs. Responsibilities include identifying and addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and fostering long-lasting professional relationships. The role also involves working closely with the sales and customer support teams to ensure smooth communication and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Experience in sales, business development, or client support
- Proficiency in problem-solving and handling customer concerns effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or threading tools industry is an advantage
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
