Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based out of the Mumbai office. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and achieve business goals. Daily responsibilities include interacting with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns, managing policy renewals, and driving sales through various distribution channels. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance, claim resolution support, and exceptional service delivery to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong customer relationship management skills, with a focus on addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Effective communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain positive customer and stakeholder interactions
- Sales, business development, and account management experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and policy renewals
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other digital platforms for tracking customer interactions and maintaining records
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Knowledge of insurance products and services, ideally in health or personal accident insurance, is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
