Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Relationship Manager, based in Ernakulam. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining efficient client relationships, facilitating insurance product sales, and providing advisory services to potential and existing customers. Daily tasks include identifying client needs, explaining product offerings, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries promptly, and achieving sales targets. The role also entails coordinating effectively with internal teams and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in client relationship management, customer service, and resolving queries
- Strong skills in sales, insurance consultation, and promoting financial products
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to interact with diverse clients
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and suggest appropriate solutions
- Proficiency in local language(s) is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a relevant field
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is preferred
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
