Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Delhi, India. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, understanding their financial goals, and recommending suitable fixed-income investment products. Additional responsibilities include actively engaging with clients to resolve inquiries, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction, driving client retention, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Account Management experience
- Strong Sales and Business Development skills
- Expertise in Financial Planning, including knowledge of FDs, bonds, and fixed-income products
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-first approach
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts
- Proficiency in financial advisory or investment management is a plus
- Prior experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
