Key Responsibilities:
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
* Schedule and coordinate property site visits with prospective buyers.
* Accompany customers on site visits and provide project-related information.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
* Follow up regularly with prospects and convert leads into bookings.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
* Achieve monthly sales and site visit targets.
Eligibility:
* Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
* Minimum 6 months to 3 years of sales experience.
* Prior experience in real estate sales will be an added advantage.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused approach.
* Proficiency in English, Hindi, and/or Kannada is preferred.
