Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Bengaluru South. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs, and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities include client acquisition, conducting market research, performing property evaluations, and organizing site visits. The role also demands regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service
- Sales and business development capabilities, with an ability to meet targets
- Analytical thinking and market research expertise
- Time management, problem-solving skills, and organizational proficiency
- Basic understanding of the real estate industry; experience in proptech or real estate is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
