Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, meeting potential clients, presenting tailored real estate solutions, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and staying updated on real estate trends and market insights.
Qualifications
- Sales skills including lead generation, negotiation, and relationship management
- Ability to understand and stay updated with real estate market trends
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in real estate or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant fields
