Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Pune City. The Relationship Manager will act as the primary point of contact for property owners and tenants, ensuring efficient communication and resolution of queries. Responsibilities include tenant onboarding, addressing client concerns, coordinating property showings, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients to maximize customer retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proficiency in negotiation and conflict resolution to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to handle multiple properties and customer accounts.
- Familiarity with property management operations and knowledge of the real estate market is a plus.
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Prior experience in property management, sales, or a client-facing role is an added advantage.
