Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager position based in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will actively manage and grow the company’s client relationships by addressing client requirements, providing comprehensive solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The role involves identifying and meeting customer needs, providing property consultation, negotiating contracts, and driving sales opportunities. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets and contribute to the organization’s broader growth objectives.
Educational Qualification & Work Experience :
• A graduate from any discipline is preferred
• 1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.
• Applicant must be currently employed or serving notice period
Compensation, Perks and Benefits:
- Uncapped Incentives based on sales performance (~INR 35K plus per month on achieving bare minimum targets & 1L plus for consistent performers)
- Earn 10% salary hike on target based auto-appraisals and promotion every 3 months (Avg 1 deal/month)
- CTC – 3 to 4.5 Lakh Fixed (Experienced Only)
- 5 Day work week ○ Earn ESOPs on every deal closed
- Earn 40% Incentives upon overachieving base targets
- Upon achieving 6+ deals, you will be eligible for managing teams
- International opportunities based on performance and tenure
