Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in the Pune Division. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and delivering customized solutions to meet client needs. The role includes driving sales, managing customer queries, coordinating with internal teams for seamless service, and achieving assigned targets. The candidate will also provide clients with market insights and guide them through the entire property transaction process, ensuring a superior client experience.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Sales, Business Development, and Target Achievement experience
- Analytical skills to provide market insights and competitive research
- Proficiency in negotiation and conflict resolution
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Prior experience in real estate, proptech, or a similar industry is advantageous
