Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Job Title, based in pune. The role involves managing end-to-end processes associated with the organization's offerings, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also includes strategy development, market research, and day-to-day operations management.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Interpersonal abilities for effective client and stakeholder interactions
- Experience in Sales, Negotiation, and Business Development
- Proficiency in Market Research and Data Analysis tools and techniques
- Project Management capabilities, including planning, monitoring, and execution
- Problem-Solving skills for addressing challenges and optimizing processes
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced work environment
- Familiarity with proptech and real estate markets is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
