Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving real estate sales, identifying and generating leads, coordinating site visits, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves active collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to close transactions and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in client relationship management, customer engagement, and retention strategies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Sales and business development expertise, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and practices is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office
