Role Description

Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills with the ability to drive property transactions and meet revenue targets.
- Proficiency in client relationship management to understand client needs and build trustworthy interactions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to provide effective consultation and close deals successfully.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify market trends and deliver solutions tailored to customer demands.
- Self-motivation and a result-oriented approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry, understanding of property transactions, and knowledge of local markets (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
