Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will oversee client engagement, establish and nurture strong relationships, and assist clients in discovering and facilitating real estate transactions. Daily responsibilities include identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, conducting property visits, and coordinating between clients and the development team to ensure seamless communication and a positive experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with an ability to effectively understand and cater to client requirements
- Experience in real estate consultation, property sales, or similar customer relationship roles
- Proven ability in sales strategy, lead conversion, and negotiation
- Proficiency in maintaining client databases and follow-ups
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in tools such as CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with the real estate market in India, particularly the Pune region, is preferred
