Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Gurugram. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored property solutions. Key activities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, facilitating property transactions, guiding clients through the buying or renting process, and liaising with external stakeholders. The candidate will also be expected to use market insights to provide valuable recommendations and deliver exceptional customer service to achieve sales and satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Sales, negotiation, and customer service skills with the ability to close deals successfully
- Knowledge of real estate markets and trends, with the ability to analyze and provide insights
- Ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment
- Proficiency with relevant digital tools and platforms; experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Prior experience in real estate, sales, or a customer-focused role is an advantage
