- Relationship Manager

Eligibility:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Insurance Sales preferred
- Candidates from Life Insurance / General Insurance / Motor Insurance background preferred
- Freshers can also apply with good communication and sales skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business in Life Insurance and Motor Insurance as per monthly assigned targets
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Acquire new customers through field sales, references, and leads
- Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products
- Handle customer queries and provide suitable insurance solutions
- Ensure policy issuance, renewals, and after-sales service
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
- Maintain daily sales reports and business updates
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Sales and target-oriented approach
- Customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Team handling skills (for Branch Channel Head)
