Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Lucknow. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying financial needs, and recommending suitable loan products. Daily tasks include interacting with clients, understanding their requirements, providing personalized solutions on available loan offerings, and managing client accounts. The role involves achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain professional client relationships.
  • Sales and negotiation expertise with an ability to achieve performance-driven targets.
  • Knowledge of financial products such as Loan Against Property, Business Loans, or similar financial services.
  • Proficient organizational and time-management capabilities for managing multiple client accounts and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Prior experience in financial services, banking, or a related field is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Local market knowledge and language proficiency in Hindi and English are advantageous.
