Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site + field job role based in Mumbai for a Relationship Manager. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for meeting 5 clients daily, building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, assessing their financial needs, and recommending tailored solutions to help achieve their goals. Your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of clients, conducting financial planning reviews, facilitating investments, and ensuring consistent communication to provide updates and support. You will collaborate with team members to deliver seamless, impactful services.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for client needs.
- Manage portfolios of clients.
- Build strong, long-term relationships through consistent engagement.
- Conduct periodic (monthly/quarterly) portfolio reviews.
- Track client progress vs financial goals.
- Suggest portfolio adjustments and upgrades.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing clients.
- Generate referrals from satisfied clients
- Handle service requests, queries, and issue resolution.
- Ensure smooth execution of transactions and documentation.
- Ensure high persistency (renewals, SIP continuation).
- Reduce drop-offs and inactive clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Finance or Management field
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of financial products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance and Equity Investments, along with proficiency in financial planning methodologies.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate strategies for goal-based financial planning.
Proficiency in leveraging technology tools to enhance efficiency and client experience.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client portfolios effectively.
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is an advantage.
Proven experience in financial consulting, wealth management, or a similar role will be beneficial.
