Job Title: Relationship Manager Residential Sales
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven
Relationship Manager to join the Residential Sales team. The role involves engaging with prospective homebuyers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the entire property buying journeyfrom first interaction to closure and post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert qualified leads into customers by identifying and showcasing suitable residential properties aligned with their needs and investment goals.
- Follow up on leads provided by the marketing team and generate self-leads through on-ground activities, corporate visits, and networking.
- Conduct property site visits, explain project details, and address all customer queries effectively.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams for clarifications and smooth deal closures.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
- Provide post-sales assistance, including support with home loan processing and documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / MBA in any discipline.
- Prior experience in direct sales (real estate or similar industry preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Willingness to conduct 23 client meetings daily and work in a target-driven environment.
- High level of enthusiasm, ownership, and customer-centric approach.
