Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager LAP to drive business growth in secured lending products. The role focuses on managing and expanding the Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolio through strong channel partnerships and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the LAP portfolio while achieving assigned business targets Generate business through DSA channel partnerships and existing client relationships Source and manage cases across Mortgage, Working Capital, and Prime LAP segments Handle loan ticket sizes ranging from 25 Lakhs to 10 Crores Ensure seamless end-to-end customer service experience Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and timely disbursement Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in LAP / Mortgage products
Strong understanding of secured lending products, including LAP and Working Capital
Proven experience in DSA-driven business sourcing
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Willingness to travel within the assigned geography
CTC: As per industry standards (based on experience)
