Position - Relationship Manager
Experience - Min 1 yrs
Salary - 4-6 lpa (Can be negotiable )
Location -Chandigarh (Tricity) / Ludhiana / Jalandhar / Amritsar / Bathinda / Karnal / Ambala / Kurukshetra / Patiala / Ropar / Barnala / Jagraon / Hoshiarpur / Ropar / Panipat
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the LAP portfolio while achieving assigned business targets
- Generate business through DSA channel partnerships and existing client relationships
- Source and manage cases across Mortgage, Working Capital, and Prime LAP segments
- Handle loan ticket sizes ranging from 25 Lakhs to 10 Crores
- Ensure seamless end-to-end customer service experience
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and timely disbursement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in LAP / Mortgage products
- Strong understanding of secured lending products including LAP and Working Capital
- Proven experience in DSA-driven business sourcing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
