Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Varanasi. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing personalized financial and trading solutions tailored to their needs. Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, managing client portfolios, offering investment advice, addressing inquiries, and supporting customer retention. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and trading solutions
- Problem-solving, client servicing, and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience in business development, sales, and client acquisition
- Proficiency in finance software tools and basic computer skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the financial or banking sector is an advantage
