Role Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and provide suitable financial solutions
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services smoothly
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience
- Background in home loans, mortgage services, or the financial industry
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Client Engagement, and Communication
- Knowledge of mortgage finance and lending processes
- Excellent problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Graduate degree in any discipline
