Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Palampur. This position is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with patients, corporate clients, and partner organizations, ensuring a positive and consistent experience. Day-to-day activities include addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, coordinating with internal medical and administrative teams, and maintaining regular communication with key accounts. The role also involves identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, monitoring client satisfaction, and preparing reports and updates for management. The Relationship Manager will collaborate closely with operations and clinical staff to support smooth workflows and high-quality patient care.

- Candidates should possess strong client relationship and customer service skills, including the ability to build trust, handle feedback, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, such as clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and professional presentation abilities.

- Relevant experience in healthcare, hospital administration, or client-facing roles is beneficial, along with familiarity with local language and culture in Palampur.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in relationship management will also be considered.
- Comfort with basic computer tools and record-keeping systems, and the ability to work on-site during standard business hours.
