Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Associate Relationship Manager (ARM)/Relationship Manager (RM) in Corporate Client Coverage team based in Delhi, India. The ARM/RM will be responsible for managing and nurturing corporate client (mid+large) relationships, identifying customer needs, and offering solutions that align with their financial goals. Key responsibilities include promoting and cross-selling the bank's products, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and continuously identifying opportunities to expand the bank’s portfolio of clients. The individual will liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Mandatory: Past experience in corporate banking of 5-10 years with banks is a must
- Mandatory: Post graduate in finance/economics. MBA from Tier 1 colleges/Chartered Accountants will be preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in sales, business development, and cross-selling financial products and services.
- Financial statement analysis (P&L, balance sheet, cash flows).
- Ability to analyze balance sheets, industry, sectors, promoters etc.
- Credit risk assessment & underwriting, Understanding of capital structure & cash flow cycles, Loan structuring & documentation, trade/WC finance, term loans/structured loans etc.
- Familiarity with relevant banking products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements in India.
- Problem-solving capabilities and a customer-first mindset to address client concerns effectively.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver on targets.
