Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Udaipur for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction. Key tasks include identifying customer needs, providing tailored financial solutions, building long-term relationships with clients, achieving business objectives, and cross-selling financial products and services. The role requires active collaboration with internal teams and exceptional client-facing capabilities to ensure a seamless banking experience.
Qualifications
- Relationship Management and Client Handling skills with the ability to build and maintain trust
- Understanding of Financial and Banking services and solutions
- Strong Communication, Sales, and Negotiation skills
- Problem-solving skills to promptly address client concerns and provide resolutions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in banking or financial services is preferred
