Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager to join our team in Noida. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing strong customer relationships, providing end-to-end assistance during the loan process, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key tasks include managing customer inquiries, ensuring compliance with company policies, coordinating loan disbursement processes, and working collaboratively with internal teams. Additionally, the role involves identifying customer needs and offering tailored financial solutions to drive customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong customer relationship management skills and ability to offer personalized support
- Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, to engage with a diverse customer base effectively
- Analytical thinking and decision-making abilities to evaluate customer needs
- Knowledge of gold loan products and financial services is advantageous
- Graduate degree in Business, Finance, or related fields preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
