Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, understanding customers’ financial needs, and offering tailored loan and credit solutions. The role involves collaborating with banking partners, performing financial analysis, achieving sales targets, resolving customer queries, and maintaining a strong customer satisfaction focus. You will work in coordination with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient loan approval process.
Qualifications
- Relationship management and sales skills, with the ability to build and maintain a strong rapport with clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and serve customers effectively
- Sales aptitude, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Understanding of financial products such as personal loans, home loans, and SME loans
- Basic knowledge of financial analysis and an ability to assess creditworthiness
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and related tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Experience in financial services, banking, or loan distribution is advantageous
- Self-motivation and the ability to work effectively in a high-paced, goal-driven environment
