Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager position located in North Delhi. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs, and offering appropriate solutions. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, providing expert advice on financial products, identifying new business opportunities, and assisting clients in investment planning and execution. The role also involves contributing to client retention and satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
- Relationship-building and client management skills
- Knowledge of financial products and services, including mutual funds and investment planning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide tailored recommendations
- Proficiency with online investment platforms and financial tools
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Prior experience in financial services or investment management is preferred
