Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Relationship Manager based in the Greater Kolkata Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with advisors, providing support to ensure effective communication and collaboration between advisors and clients. Additional responsibilities include managing client portfolios, ensuring service delivery excellence, identifying new business opportunities, and driving advisor engagement to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle client portfolios efficiently
- Familiarity with insurance products and financial services such as motor, health, and life insurance or loans and credit cards is a plus
- Comfortable using technology and digital tools for workflow management and communication
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline preferred
- Prior experience in account management, customer relationship management, or the insurance/financial services sector is an advantage
- Self-motivated, with a focus on delivering results and driving advisor engagement
