Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role located in janakpuri. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their housing financing needs, and providing tailor-made solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing client portfolios, processing loan applications, ensuring timely documentation, and collaborating with different teams to deliver excellent customer service. The role also involves identifying potential clients, maintaining a pipeline of prospects, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills
- Experience in financial services or housing finance industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales and marketing practices
- Ability to analyze financial documents and assess customer eligibility
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and basic computer applications
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Relevant educational qualifications, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
