Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Lucknow. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring and managing client relationships, providing expert financial advice, and promoting the organization’s broking and investment products. The role involves identifying customer needs, executing client transactions, conducting portfolio reviews, and achieving assigned sales targets. Additionally, the individual will ensure exemplary customer service and adherence to compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Product knowledge in financial markets, equity, mutual funds, and investment products
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand clients’ financial needs and create solutions
- Proven sales aptitude with experience in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- A graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA/PGDM is a plus
- Previous experience in financial services, broking, or investment advisory roles is highly desirable
