Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Noida. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and meeting sales and service targets. Responsibilities include managing interactions with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, offering tailored property solutions, facilitating property transactions, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building and client management abilities
- Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and closing deals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and suggest suitable real estate solutions
- Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Result-oriented mindset with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
