Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India, for the role of Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored real estate solutions. Key responsibilities include managing client portfolios, advising on property investments, negotiating transactions, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value and meet both client and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Client relationship management and customer service skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Property market knowledge, real estate consultation skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements
- Negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities for providing customized property solutions
- Organizational and time management skills to manage client portfolios and transactions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Adaptability and proactive mindset, with a focus on providing exceptional client service
- Experience in the real estate industry or customer-facing roles is a plus
