Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Bengaluru. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. You will focus on business development, cross-selling of financial products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high client satisfaction. Additionally, you will monitor account performance, resolve customer issues, and provide timely updates about banking products and services to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills to build and sustain customer relationships.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, business development, and cross-selling financial products.
- Sound understanding of banking products such as loans, deposits, and investment advisory services.
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data to suggest appropriate solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in local languages spoken in Bengaluru is an added advantage.
