Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager at our Gurugram office. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining client relationships, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will engage with clients to understand their real estate needs, provide tailored solutions, and manage contracts and negotiations. Additional responsibilities include fostering partnerships, preparing reports, and delivering exceptional customer experience to build trust and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in building and managing client relationships, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Basic understanding of real estate processes, contracts, and property management
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts efficiently
- Problem-solving abilities to address client concerns and identify opportunities for improvement
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other tools for client relationship management
- Professionalism and a customer-centric approach
- Prior work experience in the real estate sector or customer relationship roles is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
