Role Description
The Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in managing and fostering client relationships to ensure financial growth and service excellence. Key responsibilities include handling a portfolio of clients, providing insights into investment strategies, conducting financial reviews, and aligning clients' financial goals with the company’s offerings. The role demands active client engagement, problem resolution, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in investment and financial planning strategies, as well as a deep understanding of portfolio management principles.
- Effective communication and presentation skills with an ability to articulate financial concepts clearly to clients.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to address client concerns and tailor investment strategies to individual needs.
- Reputable academic background in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CFA or CFP are an added advantage.
- Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment.
- Prior experience in the financial services or portfolio management sector is preferred.
