Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site job opportunity based in Raebareli for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will build, maintain, and deepen relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with suitable products and services. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, developing client portfolios, assessing customer financial profiles, managing loan disbursements, and ensuring timely follow-ups for loan repayments. The role also requires maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and nurture client relationships
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities for assessing financial profiles and matching products to client needs
- Knowledge of financial products, including Loan Against Property and Business Loans, is preferred
- Experience in sales, customer management, or financial services is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work on-site in Raebareli and travel locally if required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field is preferred
