Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of brokers and support staff, setting clear goals and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Sales & Business Development: Develop strategies to drive sales, grow the client base, and enhance market share in the region.
- Operations Management: Ensure smooth operations, from trade execution to client service, coordinating with the back office to ensure efficiency.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Maintain compliance with regulations, address operational risks, and resolve issues as needed.
- Financial Performance: Track regional financial metrics, achieve revenue targets, and report to senior management.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights to support business strategy
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. Certifications preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in stock broking or financial services.
- Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of stock market operations, compliance, and risk management.
