Compensation
💰 Up to 30% hike on your current CTC (subject to interview performance and company policy).
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with assigned bank branches.
Conduct regular branch visits to ensure smooth coordination and business support.
Build strong relationships with branch managers and branch staff.
Generate business through branch referrals and achieve monthly targets.
Train branch staff on products, processes, and customer engagement.
Follow up on customer leads and ensure timely closures.
Resolve branch queries by coordinating with internal teams.
Maintain daily activity reports, branch visit reports, and sales MIS.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Candidate Requirements
Experience in Sales, Banking, BFSI, Insurance, Healthcare, Telecom, or Relationship Management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with field travel.
Target-driven and customer-focused.
Own two-wheeler preferred.
Valid driving license preferred.
