Job Title: Relationship Manager – B2B (Corporate Insurance)
Job Description
We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated individuals to join our team as RM– B2B. The role involves generating corporate leads, developing new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with clients for various insurance solutions including Group Health, Employee Benefits, Property, Liability, Marine, and other Corporate Insurance products.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for business development in the insurance broking industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and other business development activities
- Identify and approach SMEs, corporates, and business owners for insurance solutions
- Fix client meetings (virtual/physical) and understand client risk exposure and insurance requirements
- Present and explain corporate insurance products, Fire, Marine, Engineering, Liability, GPA, GMC, etc.
- Work closely with internal underwriting and servicing teams for proposal preparation and policy placement
- Build strong and long-term relationships with HR, Finance Heads, Admin Teams, and Decision Makers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets as defined by the management
- Maintain proper records of leads, client meetings, and business pipeline in CRM
- Follow up with clients for renewals, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities
- Stay updated on insurance market trends, products, and regulatory changes
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Insurance Broking / Insurance / Banking / Financial Services
- Experience in Corporate Sales / Employee Benefits / Insurance Sales preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi preferred)
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA / Insurance background preferred but not mandatory)
