Role Description
We are hiring a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager (RM) for our Delhi office. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about sales, customer relationship management, and financial services.
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, explaining suitable financial products, and assisting customers throughout the application process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, following up on leads, maintaining customer records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience while achieving assigned sales and performance targets.
Location: Delhi (On-site)
Experience: Fresher – 1 Year
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 (In-Hand)
Joining: Immediate
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in Sales, Banking, NBFC, BFSI, Customer Service, Telecalling, or Business Development will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of financial products or willingness to learn.
- Comfortable using computers, MS Office, and online platforms.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
