Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Agra. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for nurturing and managing client relationships, handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to enhance client experiences. The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams to address client requirements promptly, providing tailored solutions, and building loyalty to support long-term organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, including customer interaction and problem-solving abilities.
- Achieve Targets for Identify Potential customer and turn into Sales.
- Proficient in communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution to address customer needs effectively.
- Experience in client management and sales or customer service within the automotive or a similar industry.
- Organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple client accounts and tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer relationship management tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to dynamic operational requirements.
