Job Title: Relationship Manager – Professional Indemnity Insurance

insurance marketplace. We specialize in providing customized insurance solutions to
professionals, SMEs, and corporates. Our Professional Indemnity product is designed to
safeguard professionals such as doctors, lawyers, consultants, and other practitioners from
legal and financial liabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new customers for Professional Indemnity Insurance through
field visits, corporate meetings, and networking.
Build and manage relationships with professionals (doctors, lawyers, consultants,
CAs, etc.) to promote awareness of indemnity coverage.
Generate leads through market mapping, associations, referrals, and local campaigns.
Conduct presentations, explain policy features, and provide customized solutions
based on client requirements.
Ensure timely follow-up, closure of sales, and achieve assigned business targets.
Collaborate with internal teams for proposal preparation, underwriting coordination,
and policy issuance.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline on CRM
tools.
Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in
professional indemnity insurance.
Key Requirements:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business, Commerce, or Insurance
background).
Experience: 1–4 years of field sales experience (Insurance, BFSI, or B2B preferred).
Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
Skills:
o Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
o Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
o Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
o Comfortable with field travel within the assigned territory.
Added Advantage: Prior exposure to insurance sales (especially indemnity products).
