Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Chirala, with an option for partial remote work. As a Relationship Manager, you will build and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with tailored insurance solutions and personalized support. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, guide them through the available products, and assist with policy documentation. Additionally, the role involves managing client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales or service targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships
- Sales and customer service expertise, including negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of insurance products and services, with a focus on educating clients
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with teams in a hybrid environment
- Proficiency in handling client inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus
