Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Relationship Manager for an on-site, full-time position based in Kochi. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients and stakeholders. Core responsibilities include identifying and onboarding potential insurance partners, managing partner inquiries, ensuring partner satisfaction, and driving overall business growth. The role will also involve monitoring partnerships and providing prompt resolutions to any concerns to maintain lasting collaborations.
Qualifications
- Proficient relationship-building and client management skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
- Understanding of insurance products and market trends
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to address challenges effectively
- Proficiency in basic computer tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi and manage a dynamic work environment
- Previous experience in insurance brokerage or financial services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
